  The best Italian restaurant in Westchester that I have tried to date. The owner, Walter, is also the head chef. A lifetime chef who worked his way up to finally owning this little piece of heaven that is The Piccolo Casa.
  
  The veal was incredible, I ordered with a side of fettuccine alfredo. It was perfectly cooked, flavored, and garnished with a neatly trimmed lime slice with the rims removed.
  
  I also tried the flounder, and it was impeccable, even better than the veal. I am coming back tomorrow to try it again as this was just my first encounter with Chef Walter and his incredible gift for food.
  
  They also have a tasty selection of ports, one of which I'm gleefully enjoying as I type this.

  The seafood and veal dishes are the top quality offerings delivered by this friendly and capable staff. I haven't found better in 40 years of dining out. George's Cosmopolitans are superb and it all comes at a reasonable cost. The pasta dishes are okay but not their strength, so go for the protein and perfectly cooked broccoli side.
